A few years ago my husband and I went on a Fiji Islands Cruise. We booked through Captain Cook Cruises (based out of Sydney). We did the 4 night Yasawa Islands cruise and it was an AMAZING trip. I tell everyone I can about Captain Cook Cruises...now I'm telling you. :)
They have 3 night cruises starting at $649 per person.
If you've ever thought about going to Fiji, I would HIGHLY recommend this cruise. The main island of Fiji is nothing. Denarau is lined with high end hotels with no or not very good beach in a shipping harbor and off that small island it's a 3rd world country.....not the picture of "Fiji" that you have in your head. Those images are off the main island.
Crystal clear water, beautiful green covered islands, fun locals, beautiful sunsets, deserted beaches....it's amazing.
thanks for the great comment. I just did the Northern Discovery Cultural Cruise for 7 nights and we really got off the beaten track on that one.
